We are proud to be part of our THINK GREEN, SAVE GREEN, BE GREEN initiative. Here are some of the things we do to make sure we are doing our part to protect, preserve our environment, and at the same time your and our finances as well.

Green Transportation

Technicians drive cars that have good gas mileage, at least above 25MPG. Technicians are encouraged to use public transportation where available when serving your home or business. We encourage the usage of remote-technology where feasible, to save ourselves a trip out there, and you a trip fee.

The latest trip planning and remote technology

We use state of the art trip planning technology to make sure that all required driving activity follow a specialized route, and mixing in public transportation, utilizing park and ride lots, buses, and trains, where possible & feasible. No other company does this!

The latest in remote control technology allows us to save time, money, and the environment by not having us drive out to your place in the first place. If requested, this option will be used when servicing your computer, if possible. AND, you can save GREEN by not having to pay for a trip charge.

Thanks to our proprietary trip planning software, we maintain 95% on-time appointments, even when we are using public transit.

Our partnership with Valley Metro

Every employee of ours are provided a pass that they can use on-duty and off-duty taking public transportation, completely free to them. A free ride, paid for by us, may mean that a person may choose to take transit instead of driving their car to go see a movie, or watch a game! We load up their Copper transit accounts with rides that they are able to use anytime, any day of the week!

We reimburse all Valley Metro trips taken off-duty by our employees!
