Remote Support is provided in a multitude of ways depending on how your services were set up. Please follow the instructions carefully depending on your specific circumstances.
My Computer has Splashtop Streamer installed
Just give us a call at (480) 500-1200 and we can remote into your computer with permission.
My Computer has AnyDesk or TeamViewer installed
Please open up AnyDesk or TeamViewer, and call (480) 500-1200 and provide the one time use ID number and password. Click on Accept, Approve, or Allow when the dialog box pops up.
My computer does not have any remote access software installed
Give us a call at (480) 500-1200, and let us know. We will help you over the phone to install AnyDesk. If you are comfortably able, you may download AnyDesk yourself from their website, and follow the instructions for AnyDesk above.
